The approach to planning and implementation ?

- Initial exchange of ideas.
One or more working meetings to gain a better understanding of the requirement and how to match our offering to that requirement.

- Preliminary review (3 to 6 weeks).
The deliverables from this review will be :
- A summary statement of the scope for optimisation, accompanied by recommendations.
- A presentation document.
- A detailed estimate of work required in the following phase.

Our approach ?
- Define the target on an efficiency chart .
- Identify the organisational elements necessary to attain the target.
- Define the levers by existing/target gap analysis.
- Draw up action plans.
- Present and promote the approach to decision-making bodies.

- Preparatory work prior to start up of the pilot scheme (one to three months).
The content of this phase will be determined during the preliminary review. It may include, for example: drawing up a Maintenance Quality Plan; drawing up a Maintenance Charter; describing procedures for the recording and monitoring of all activity; preparing the different players for changes in operating methods, etc.

- A Pilot Scheme (6 months to 1 year).
Lipton FIT provides assistance on implementation within a pilot sector. This includes regular assessment to ensure that progress is on track towards the final target.
